What it takes over

Most clubs run on three things that nobody enjoys keeping up. Each has a plain replacement.

  • The paper roll

Students scan a code at the door and the roll fills itself. The code changes every minute, so a photo of it is no use to someone at home. With no signal in the hall, the roll is kept on the phone and sent when the signal comes back.

  • The spreadsheet

One register with each member's grade, membership, emergency contact and what they owe. Bring in the list you already have rather than typing it again.

  • The cash tin and the notebook

Members pay online, or you record the cash. Every payment gets a numbered receipt, and renewals are chased for you.

Whatever you teach

Grade names, class times and prices are yours to set, so the system fits the art you teach and not the other way round.

  • KarateKyu and dan grades
  • JudoYour own grade names
  • Brazilian jiu-jitsuBelts, and the stripes on them
  • Kendo and aikidoKyu and dan, set by you
  • TaekwondoClasses, grades and gradings
  • Boxing and muay thaiClasses and memberships

What a club gets

  • A page on the web. Your classes, your events and your instructors, found by people looking for a club near them.
  • A membership card on the phone. With a code anyone can scan to check it is real.
  • Gradings. Who is ready, and when each person's next grade is due.
  • Messages to members. And a record of who each message reached.
  • A free trial and a refer-a-friend offer. You choose the length and the reward.
  • Your members stay yours. If you join a federation, you decide what it can see.
