Real improvement takes time, and long sessions give it room to happen. Students here have the chance to work through the full range of Kyokushin: conditioning, basics, kata and sparring, without feeling hurried. Those extra minutes make a noticeable difference to how well techniques stick.
Patience is one of the main lessons. Karate cannot be rushed, and students quickly learn that careful practice beats frantic effort. They also discover that they are capable of a lot more than they expected, as endurance and strength build steadily over the weeks and months.
The atmosphere is friendly and traditional, and newcomers are welcome at any stage. Bring an open mind, a bit of determination and a willingness to learn, and you will be well looked after.
